Description of research area

Our research is in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.   In general, our research focuses on justice in the workplace, social responsibility motivation, and corporate social responsibility motivation.  Furthermore, our research examines the effects of individual differences on these outcomes in organizational settings.



Description of undergraduate participation

Undergraduates will assist with data collection, entry, and some analyses.  Participation involves weekly meetings with Prof. Rupp and grad student, where we will discuss our research projects.


Research setting

The research will be conducted in the Rupp Lab located in the Psychological Sciences Building.

Additional comments

Major in psychology or related science or social science field.  Minimum 3.5  GPA.  Sophomore standing (by Fall 2011), although this is somewhat flexible.  Previous research experience in a psychology, biological, or psychiatry laboratory is required for senior students interested in joining our research group.  Previous experience using excel, SPSS, and other statistics programs is preferred.
