One of its main purposes is to provide useful information to students about opportunities in the Psychology Department, such as special talks, peer tutoring and chances to become involved in research. Its purpose is to encourage, stimulate, and maintain excellence in scholarship and to advance the science of psychology. In addition to offering many fulfilling activities and opportunities, membership in Psi Chi can be helpful with future employment.
