2009 Early Career Award
James Lebreton won the 2009 Early Career Award co-sponsored by the Academy of Management's Research Methods Division and the Center for the Advancement of Research Methods and Analysis.  He also won the 2008 Best Publication Award from Organizational Research Methods for his paper titled, "Answers to 20 questions about interrater reliability and interrater agreement" which was published last year with his former graduate student, Jenell Senter.  Finally, James was recently appointed to the editorial boards of Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, and Journal of Business and Psychology.
